Caroline Lambert-Mauriat

Doctor

Dr.Caroline Lambert-Mauriat was born in 1972. She received her Ph. D. in Materials Sciencefrom University of Aix-Marseille in 1999. Since 2001 she haspermanent position at Aix-Marseille University (France), where she achieves her research activity in the Materials Microelectronics Nano-sciences Institute of Provence in Marseille.

She is also lecturer in industrial computing at the Institute of Technology of Aix-Marseille University and serves as co-director of thestudyingin the teaching department, too.

Her principal research interest is the study of oxide surfaces and their interactions with simple molecules by ab initio calculations. This activity is part of the gas sensorsthematic developed in the team« micro-sensor and instrumentation » and combines experimentswith simulations to better understand phenomena at atomic scale.
