Leadership Structure
Immunology Leadership Structure:
The Executive Committee, standing committees & scientific committees govern the Leadership Structure. The committees include continent presidents, president-elect, vice presidents, chairpersons, vice chairpersons, and other committee members of all continents (Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Europe, and Australia), each elected by the committee members. In succeeding years, the vice president and vice chairperson serve as president-elect and president & chairperson. The policies, programs, and actions are recommended to the leadership’s chairpersons and vice chair persons by its standing committees. In addition, the scientific sessions to be presented at the International conferences and Editorial board meeting are developed by the scientific committees. They also advise the Leadership on science policy priorities, while identifying new and deserved research areas. Nominations for leadership and committee positions are most welcomed by Immunology leadership & committees.
