Baljit Kaur

Assistant Professor

Professor Kaur was born in Hong Kong. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and double Master’s Degree in Nursing and Social Science (Gerontology) from The University of Hong Kong. She is also a Honorary Research Fellow from the Sau Po Elderly Centre from The University of Hong Kong. She had more than 10 year of clinical experience ranging from gynecology, neurosurgery, intensive care and radiotherapy. She also have more than 6 years of educator experience in university level. She is also an experienced educator using simulation in nursing curriculum. She had incorporate different levels of simulation in different level of student knowledge. She had also published and presented in different international journals and conferences. Her publications and presentations ranges from ethical and legal issues in nursing, nursing professionalism, transcultural care, elderly care and simulation.
