International journal of Nanoparticles and Nanotechnology (IJNN) is a multidisciplinary, peer reviewed journal which includes all the major fields in nanotechnology and Nano science. Nanoscience and nanotechnology brought up an unprecedented excitement in the scientific and engineering communities, especially the last decade. It is the engineering of functional systems at the molecular scale. This covers both current work and concepts that are more advanced.  International journal of Nanoparticles and Nanotechnology   publishes original research papers during a broad area of nanoscience & engineering. IJNN provides an ideal forum for presenting original reports of theoretical and experimental nanoscience and nanotechnology research. Nanotechnology is a gathering of rising innovations in which the structure of matter is controlled at the nanometer scale, the size of little quantities of molecules, to create novel materials and gadgets that have valuable and one of kind properties. IJNN is naturally multidisciplinary, and welcomes submissions across biological, physical, engineering, and computer sciences. Contributions from both academia and industry are equally encouraged. IJNN also publishes innovative techniques and instrumentation for the fabrication, characterization and testing of nano-enabled devices and technologies, as well as advanced modelling and simulation methods.

Jianxin Tang

Professor

Prof. Jian-Xin Tang received his B.Sc. degree in physics from Zhejiang University (Hangzhou, P. R. China) in 2002, and Ph.D. degree in Physics and Materials Science from City University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong SAR) in 2006. He took a postdoctoral research associate position at the Center Of Super-Diamond and Advanced Films (COSDAF) of City University of Hong Kong in 2006, and joined the Power Work of Mitsubishi Electric Cop. (Fukuoka, Japan) in 2007 as a power chip R&D engineer to work on insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) and free wheeling diode (FWD). In 2008, he was appointed professor at the Institute of Nano Functional & Soft Materials (FUNSOM), Soochow University (Suzhou, P. R. China). His research areas/interests span device physics and surface science on organic light-emitting diodes, organic photovoltaic devices, and organic field-effect transistors. Published over 140 papers in internationally refereed journals (>3000 citations) in the field of device physics and optical engineering of organic optoelectronics, including organic light-emitting diodes and organic photovoltaic cells. Referee in numerous journals, organizer of symposia, reviewer for various national and international grant agencies, etc. His interests include device physics of organic molecular devices (OLED, OFET, OPV, etc), the optical engineering on photonic structures for light manipulation in organic optoelectronic devices, and surface electronic studies of functional molecules by means of photoelectron spectroscopy and other related synchrotron radiation researches.
